Start your morning with 24 oz of fresh celery juice — and if you can, enjoy a second glass later in the day. Celery juice is hydrating, anti-inflammatory, and helps flush toxins from your system. Many women notice that their stomach feels lighter and calmer just a few days after starting fresh Celery juice. It’s a powerful way to gently detox your liver and support digestion. You might notice more frequent and complete bowel movements — that wonderful sense of fully emptying your body each time you go to the bathroom. This happens because celery juice has a mild diuretic effect and a unique ability to bind to toxins and old undigested food that can sit in the large intestines, causing bloating and discomfort. By flushing these out, celery juice helps reduce that heavy, swollen feeling and brings a sense of lightness back to your belly.

🍚 Brown Rice + Squash: Your Comfort Bowl

In order to fully reset your body try avoiding animal protein for this 3 days period animal protein including chicke, fish and meat, gluten and any processed food. This will help with shifting your blood PH to alkaline and helping to increase the detox process.

Keep meals grounding yet easy to digest. Pair steamed short grains brown rice with squash (butternut, zucchini, or delicata). Squash adds natural sweetness and is soothing for digestion, while brown rice provides fiber and steady energy without spiking blood sugar.

Tip – you can get it at the health store. Use organic when possible.

This simple, soothing meal is perfect during a reset or detox phase. It’s easy to digest, anti-inflammatory, and deeply nourishing for your gut and lymphatic system.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup dry brown rice (yields about 1½ cups cooked)
  • 1 cup squash, peeled and cut into small cubes (butternut, zucchini, or delicata work well)
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the brown rice according to package directions until tender.
  2. Add the squash cubes on top of the brown rice while it is still cooking.
  3. Serve the rice in a bowl topped with the steamed squash.
  4. Drizzle with a little olive oil if desired.
